How to Save Your Favorite Markets
When you're researching counties, you won't always be ready to start mailing or exporting property owners right away.
Instead of rebuilding the same searches every time you log into Land Portal, you can use Saved Markets to bookmark counties you want to revisit later.
Whether you're planning your next mail campaign or keeping an eye on promising markets over time, Saved Markets makes it easy to organize your research and quickly return to the counties that matter most.
Step by step walkthrough

- Open Market Research
From the left navigation menu, click Market Research, then select the Drill Deep tab.
- Filter Your Markets
Use the available filters to narrow your results based on your investing criteria.
For example, you can filter by:
- State
- Population Growth
- Days on Market
- Other Market Research metrics
After applying your filters, Drill Deep will display the counties that match your search.
- Save Your Markets
When you find counties you'd like to revisit later, click the Save button next to each market.
This allows you to build a list of markets you're interested in without needing to start marketing immediately. It's a great way to organize potential counties for future campaigns or continue researching them over time.
- View Your Saved Markets
To view only the counties you've bookmarked, click Show Saved Markets.
Land Portal will display all of your saved counties, even if they're spread across multiple states, making it easy to return to your favorite markets whenever you're ready.
- Remove Saved Markets
If you no longer want to track a county, simply click Unsave.
This removes the county from your Saved Markets list while allowing you to continue researching new opportunities.
